My tab I use for sales has disappeared It use to be on the left side and I use it for customers , sales , inventory ect .

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online to manage your books! As I'm sure you know, the menu available on the left-hand side of the program is the navigation pane for working with the data in the program. The Sales tab is an important section of that pane, and I want to make sure that you have it to work with. I'll help you out.

When there are strange issues like this with QuickBooks Online, it's often caused because of the way the program is communicating with the cloud. Luckily, these kinds of issues are usually solved pretty quickly by troubleshooting, so I'd like you to go through the following steps to see if they resolve the problem and bring the Sales tab back. Please go through these one at a time.

• Clear browser cache if using a browser
• Clear the app cache if using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If you reach the end of the list and that part of the menu is still missing, I encourage you to reach out to our technical support team using one of the following options.
