Need help this app will not add my logo to my invoices or estimates

I added it on the app, pickled tho photo of my logo from my library, it shows its there when i go to edit invoices but when i send them or preview them there is no logo

QuickBooks Online makes setting up a logo simple to help you save time and get back to business. When adding a logo to your invoices you'll need to make sure that it is within the following specifications: 

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)
  • square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • using the standard RGB colour space

Once your logo matches these specifications you can follow the steps in this article on how to add your logo. In the same place you add the logo make sure that hide logo is not showing as that will also prevent it from being shown.
