Question

Noticed an error on a sent, but unread invoice. Corrected it on the app. Will it be corrected on customers end when they open email?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks is a powerful program that helps you get ahead with your work. It's important you're able to send the correct invoices so your info can get recorded accurately. I'll be glad to share more info so you're on the right track. 

 

Since the invoice has already been sent, I recommend checking with the customer to make sure they're seeing the right info. Following up with the customer would be the right course of action as that helps you keep your books accurate.
