Question

Old OD invoices that I dealt with on the desktop are still showing in the app, but not the desktop. Why is the app not reflecting these changes? tried un/reinstalling app

It's great you're using the Desktop app and the web-browser to help streamline your business. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction. 

 

The Desktop app and web-browser all sync together when they're connected to a good internet connection. I recommend making sure the Desktop app is connected to the internet. After checking, try the resetting the app data using the steps below: 

  1. Select Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.
