On an iPhone, how do I edit customer message on their receipt?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! I'll be happy to help you with editing a customer message using the app. 

 

To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. From the Menu ☰, select Sales.
  4. In the Messages section, select the edit (pencil) icon.
  5. From the Sales form drop-down under Blind Copy (Bcc) new invoices to address, select Invoices and other sales forms or Estimates and type the default message to customers.
  6. Select Save and Done.
