Hi russell_e_west-o,

It's always wonderful to see new members reaching out in the QuickBooks Community. Connecting your bank feeds and downloading your banking transactions is a good way to save time. I want to ensure you get the opportunity to take advantage of this great feature.

I've included an article and video tutorial you can review that goes through the steps of connecting accounts:

From the information provided, it isn't possible to discern if the account that isn't showing is from the banking side or the chart of accounts side. If the account isn't listed in the chart of accounts, you can add the account. The steps for this are included in the article shared above. In the case that the account is missing from the banking options, verify that the card used to log in has access to the accounts you want to connect. Next, check the bottom of the bank account list to confirm that the accounts haven't previously been connected.

If this all checks out, reach out to a support agent. In a one-on-one interaction, they can get specific details that pertain to your issue.

You can contact a support agent by:

Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
