Payment not deposited

A billed invoice shows as paid 7 days ago but does not show up in my bank account. Does anybody have any ideas?

I want to make sure you get the support you need with your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. I recommend reaching out the QBSE customer support team for more info further assistance. This does not work. QB is now sitting on over $8000 of my revenue because of a bank error which has been corrected but i cannot get a real human to tell me how to get those payments sent through now.
