Price Rules in QBO - Setting the order

I have a stand alone price that is different then what a customer would pay for the bundled price.  In Enterprise I was able to have this set up as a different price that we could select when necessary.  In QBO when I set it up it becomes the default price that automatically appears.  I don't want that to be what happens.  I want this to be selectable only when necessary.  Is this an option in QBO?  Basically I am trying to make the new price rule to not be the default

Hi there mdix2023,

It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly so that your books can be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to your customers so they know the services they purchased. I can provide some information about price rules.

Price rules are applicable based on customers, not on whether it's added to a bundle or not. There isn't an option to program a specific price for an item based on if it's in a bundle, but what you could do to reduce the price would be to add a service item to the bundle, and make it with a negative quantity to reduce the price of the bundle.
