QB online; when I try to print the invoice directly it only saves as a PDF. When I used desktop version I could print directly to printer when the invoice was open.

If you're unable to print your invoice from the mobile app, I recommand that you refresh the app to ensure it's up to date. You can refer to the following steps to refresh the app.

For iOS

1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback and then Refresh Data
2. Tap Refresh to confirm.

For Android

1. Tap More Options from the Menu ☰
2. Select Settings and then Refresh Data
3. Click YES to confirm.

If you're using a browser, I encourage you to clear your browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. You can refer to the following steps to perform browser troubleshooting.
 

• Clear browser cache.
• Try in a private browser window.
• Use another browser type.
• Make sure you're using supported browsers.
• Turn off any ad and popup blockers temporarily.
