QB update or ?? Seems to be requiring complete new setup for invoicing, why?

QB, I have been invoicing for my clients for more than a year, now QB is requiring a new set up for invoicing, what causes this?

We wanted to help you find answers for this invoice concern. But before anything else, I need more information about the problem. Can you please share some screenshots or the specific prompt you're getting? This way I can gather more information to help you move forward.

 

For now, try using a private window and see if you see the same alert or notification. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If the alert doesn't come up, clear the cache to resolve browser issues in QBO. You can also use a different browser and see if the issue persists there.
