QBO. How do i enable credit card for a client in Italy who pays me in US dollars? Even when i enable online payments for this invoice, the toggle remains in OFF position.

Yes online payments are already activated on my account, it worls fine for m other invoices.

You may need an additional app to accept international/Amex credit card payment.

Thank you for reaching out to Community and providing the details of your situation.  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great feature to allow your customers to pay directly from their invoice, however, at this time it's currently only available on Canadian invoices.  

 

For customers who pay with other currencies, I'd suggest reviewing your options for payment processing services that can connect with QuickBooks Online.  You can go to the Apps tab in your account and search by keywords, such as 'payments'.  In addition, please refer to the Intuit Payments Merchant Agreement for more information with regards to acceptable payment methods.

 

If you'd like to see the option for other currencies to be accepted, you can reach out to our Development Team with your suggestions.  We appreciate any recommendations you may have so we can continue to provide the best customer experience with QuickBooks Online.
