Question

QBO integrated with Clio which brings over invoices and payments to QBO. Integration was disconnected & reconnected but having issues with undeposited account.

The Undeposited account and the Operating account are out of tune with the invoices and payments being brought over. Paid invoices show as unpaid/undeposited etc.

You've reached the right place for help. It's vital you're able to use the Undeposited account and the Operating account without issues. 

 

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having.
