Quickbooks API - Customer Email is populated on the Invoice but not on the Payment Screen
Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction with this one.
I'm in the process of building an app using the QBOnline API. Customer creation, Invoice creation and payments are being created fine. However I've noticed that the Customer Email field is only populated when I click on the Invoice page but not on the Payment record page.
Based on the API for payments we pass the customerRefID which I assumed we pull the email on top of the Customer name but it does not. If I manually select a customer on the Payment record page it will populate their email.
Is there something I'm missing here? Any help would be appreciated!
