The feature you've described is available in the Canadian version of QuickBooks. While there isn't a  release date for this feature, I recommend sending feedback about this to our engineers. To do this, click on the Gear icon and look for Feedback. New product ideas and enhancements are based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you.
