Being able to print invoices is a great way to get hard copy of your transactions. QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that provides the ability to easily print your invoices. I'll be happy to provide you with some information on this.

After you've created your invoice in QuickBooks, you can save and close it to print later. Once the invoice is saved, you can access it through the Sales tab menu  > Choose the Invoices tab > click on the concerned invoice> you'll see Print and Preview at the bottom to print your invoice. This option is available only when you log into your account from a browser.
