Re: When is order acknowledgement available in quickbooks online?

I am very new to quickbooks, still figuring it out.

If I follow these steps to create an order acknowledgment form by customizing the estimate form.

Will this then override the estimate form?

    Hello rhian24. Thanks for reaching out on this thread. QuickBooks allows you to create multiple estimate templates that you can choose from when creating/sending the estimate to the customer. To create an estimate template, click on the Gear icon > Custom Form Styles > select the estimate in question or create a new template. Let me know if you have additional questions.
