Thanks, the question was not about how to reconcile or where to record the payment.  The question was, where does the payment go ie: does the credit card payment to me automatically get deposited into my business account?

I see what you're saying. When setting up Online Payments, you get the opportunity to specify/choose the account you'd like your funds to be deposited after a customer has paid an invoice.
