Remittance slips no longer being sent out - what's the problem? We have been sending them for a few years, and just now, they are not going out. Any ideas?

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and trying other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Private or Incognito.  If you experience the same result, please contact us outside of Community so we can look further into the unexpected behavior from our end.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
