remove customers with empty invoices

I have several customers that dont have any invoices associated to them.

 

i was wonder if there was an easy way to search for all the customers that dont have any invoices associated to them instead of having to look through each customer one by one

Hi hansappliance,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks is a dynamic program that enables you to accomplish your goals seamlessly.  Having the option to view inactive customers at a glance can be done with ease.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

I suggest having a look at the Customer Contact List report.  You'll be able to customize the report to show inactive customers.  Here's how;

 

1. Select Reports from the menu and then Customers & Receivables

2. Choose Customer contact list

3. Open Customize report 

4. Select the Filters tab

5. In the Current filter choices sections, click on Active status and then Remove selected filter

6. Under Active status, select Not-active and then OK
