Reverse cra payment

Thanks for contacting us about your payment made to the CRA. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to assist you in calculating pay, deductions and contributions based on the hours worked by your employees. I can point you in the right direction about payroll tax payments.

If you've paid your payroll taxes to the CRA through QuickBooks, and you'd like to see if the payment can be canceled, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online Payroll support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the payment's status in the system to see if it can be canceled. You can reach them using these methods:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
