s this possible create a report that shows my invoices paid but separate the tax. So I would see the amount paid for the good/service and amount paid for tax seperately?

Hi there,

QuickBooks comes stocked with tons of helpful reports to give you a snapshot of your business health. I know how important it is to review your invoices and payments. I'd be happy to explain your options.

If you'd like to see a report that gives you a list of paid invoices, you'll want to review the Invoices and Received Payments Report. To find it, click the Reports tab on the left navigation menu.

Since this report is reflective of the total amount of the invoice and the payment that was received, there's no way to customize it to separate the tax. If you're trying to see your profit, try using the Profit and Loss Report instead. This report won't include taxes, as this isn't considered income for your business.

I hope this helps clear things up for you. If you have any other questions about that, please reach out to our tech support team.

Have a nice day.

Hey AddieC,

Thank you for the reply.

I just want to confirm then there is no way to see any invoices paid with the taxes separated?

Where would I go to request this as a feature.

Thank you.
