Set up customer information so the customer first and last name does not appear in the "invoice to" section but is used when emailing invoice

Hello!

 

It sounds like you're looking for a pretty unique setup with your customer profiles in QuickBooks Online. I want to make sure you have the information you need moving forward with setting up your customers.

 

QuickBooks Online knows the importance of making sure transactions are going to the right place, which is one of the reasons a name is included in both the setup of the customer as well as on the forms to the customers. At this time, there isn't a way to set up your customer so that the name doesn't appear on the invoice but appears when emailing the form.
