I appreciate you taking the time to share the limitations you encounter while using the features in QuickBooks. At the moment, each user type have default access designations. If you add an employee with limited access to the Customers feature, these are the things that they can access:

While this can't be customized, please know that you can share your suggestion to our engineers. Follow the steps below in a web browser:

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
2. Enter your suggestion for our engineers on the Feedback box.
3. Once done, press Next to send it.

For now, we're unable to provide the turnaround time on when new features are released in QuickBooks, since this is handled by the Developers Team.
