Question

The customer's company name is no longer populating on our invoices (we only see the address). Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Hello trevat,

QuickBooks offers endless possibilities when it comes to editing your invoices. I'll be happy to share more information so you can create amazing invoices which stand out to your customers.

  1. Select the Gear icon
  2. Select Custom Form Styles
  3. Select Edit on the right of the invoice template
  4. Click on the Content tab
  5. From the Content tab, you can click on the part of the invoice you'd like to edit. On the left side, edit the company name.
  6. Select Done

It's important to note that these edits will appear on new invoices and they'll remain there until you change them again. If you're not seeing these changes on existing invoices, I recommend recreating the invoice. Here's a community article with more details on how to customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
