Question

The email that is on my invoices and estimates is my old email and I need to change it to my current email, how do I make that change?

Hi jesse38,

 

Welcome to Community!  As we know it's always best practice to ensure the Company information is up to date, so it's applied correctly to all forms.  QuickBooks Online provides the ability for you to add or edit this information directly in product.  I'd be happy to guide you through the steps!

 

1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner of your dashboard

2. Click on Account and Settings

3. Select the pencil icon to the far right in the Contact Info section

4. Make your changes to your Company Email

5. Hit Save

6. Done

 

You're done!  You're new information will now appear on all of your Company forms.
