Question

The latest update to QB online has removed the checkbox to send the attachment along with the emailed invoice. Does anyone have a way around this?

Customers need to see the invoice from QB, as well as the attached backup.  This feature has been removed.  Is there a way to turn it back on?

Hi VAdema,

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program with the features you need to complete your daily tasks with peace of mind.  I'll be happy to help!

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser.  Then navigate to your invoice and you'll see the option to add Attachments under the Message on Statement field.  Ensure you're using one of the acceptable file types.  Once you've added the attachment either by browsing your system or using the drag and drop method, you're ready to Save and send the invoice to your customer.

Should you continue to experience the unexpected behavior, please don't hesitate to contact us.  It will be our pleasure to work with you in real time and ensure you're able to get back to business as soon as possible.
