The new receipts feature is handy, but wondering if this can somehow be used for invoices? Most of our expenses are e-bills which I enter one by one. Advice?

Based on your description, QBO doesn't offer that feature for invoices yet. I think that's great feedback and I encourage you to pass it forward to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. We always appreciate new product ideas as most improvements are based on the feedback we get from users like you.
