Whether my client language is set to English or French. They BOTH receive the same email message.

Where do I translate the EMAIL BODY content so my customer receives the message in his language??

This article is wrong in this matter:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/resources/multi-language-invoice/

There is no translation happening!

Hello again wastapi,

It's awesome to see that you've come across the option to send your customers invoices in their preferred language. I know how much of a difference this can make in communicating with them and accuracy of the transaction overall. I'd be happy to go over the multi-language invoice option in QuickBooks Online that you've highlighted.

QuickBooks Online includes the option to choose on a customer profile a language to communicate with them in. What this does is tell the program that when you send an invoice to your customer that the overarching details of the invoice should be translated into their preferred language. This includes headings like "product/service," "amount," "taxes," and so on. Thing like the products and services themselves won't be translated, neither will taxes code names, nor the bodies of the emails you send to your customer.

What the article you've linked is trying to highlight is that when you go into your Account and settings, you can enter in a set body for the email, including adding it in multiple languages to your customers will understand your message to them. The feature itself doesn't translate the text you've written, but you can input translated text as you'd like. Note how in the Default email template section it states "Use the suggested text below, or create your own." This means you can input the text into the field so you don't have to manually add and translate each time.

I can definitely see how what you're looking for could make a difference, however, and I'd love for you to take a moment to share about it with our product development team. Here's how: How do I submit feedback? Doing this signals to our product team how they can consider enhancing QuickBooks Online to respond to the needs of business owners and bookkeepers using this service.
