Trying to create and invoice and it shows paid whis is not.

Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks Online makes it simple to manage invoices. I know how confusing it can be to deal with an invoice which shows paid when it's not. 

 

Since the invoice is showing as paid, I encourage you to open up the invoice in question, click where it says 1 Payment made in blue at the right side. Once you've clicked that, you'll be able to see the payment that's attached to this invoice. If this payment was made in error, you can proceed with deleting it by following the steps below:

  1. Find and open the transaction, in this case you already have the transactions pulled up.
  2. Review the transaction. Make sure you need to void or delete it.
  3. Select More in the footer. Then select Void or Delete
  4. Select Yes to confirm.
