Trying to input expenses and do new invoices and sales tax option is not working? Anyone have fix for this?

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser, to improve system performance and loading times.  I also suggest trying other browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge or a private/incognito window.  If you experience the same result, please contact us, for further review and possible investigation.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
