Trying to process a sales receipt for a client paying with credit card and keep getting "Payment not processed because of a problem on our end." How can I fix this?

Hello istration-drinka,

 

It's important that you get the support you need to be able to process payments. QuickBooks payments is a great tool able to help your customers pay you directly from the invoice you've sent. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with payments not being able to be processed due to error messages.

 

For security reasons, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Payments support team by phone for assistance with the error message shown. They'll be able to verify your account information in a secure setting to be able to view the error with you as well as your account in the system so they can assist you with getting paid. You can reach out to them by using these steps in your QuickBooks account:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact Payments Support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
