Under the product/ service section when i click add new i am not getting the pop up window to add the new inventory non inventory window

The issue you've described sounds like the browser isn't functioning correctly. Good morning James,

 

I have found the issue, it was not my browser or cache, My supervisor had changed my status from Admin to just a user.

 

The Add New feature is ONLY available to Admin's only.
