Unit of Measure Restrictions

Hello,

 

I'm wondering if there is a way to restrict the unit of measure options per Item. For example I have the following U/M's 

Bg100

Bg10

CS500

etc

I want my sales teal to only be able to select Bg100 and B10 for widget A and only be able to select CS500 for Widget B. Is there a way to do this? If not does anyone know of any 3rd party apps that will help with this?
