Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Receipts feature is a valuable way to upload your expenses and bills effortlessly.  It's important that you're able to review and categorize your transactions in a timely fashion.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser to help improve system performance and loading times.  In addition, I suggest trying another browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or edge, to see if you get the same result.

 

If you experience the same outcome please contact us outside of Community, so we can review the situation in more depth and escalate it for further investigation if needed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
