Question

Uploading a BOL to the invoice takes several attempts. This needs to be addressed ASAP. It makes using your services very difficult.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals in a timely fashion.  If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to speed up loading times.  In addition, I recommend trying another browser such as Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome or Edge.  If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team can work with you directly,  and escalate if for further investigation if necessary.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
