Uploading multiple invoices

May i check if there is a function for uploading of multiple invoices/journals from excel to the quickbook desktop company file for recording of sales/expenses?

 

Current version I'm using is Quickbooks Premier Desktop 2016 version :)

You have to convert your XLS data to IIF format to import data into QB Desktop

If you are not familiar with IIF, utilize one of these importer tools

Prepare the invoice data with the following template
