I appreciate you joining us here in the QuickBooks Community. I'd be happy to guide you in the right direction. 

 

Sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. With that being said, can I have you try in a private browser (incognito) and see if you get the same results? Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
