Was there an update regarding the search tool (Magnifying glass)? I could search by invoice number or amount, and while I would type it would show the options.

QuickBooks Online provides a user-friendly platform that makes it simple to keep track of your invoices and other important transactions. I can see the importance of being able to use the search tool in the way you've described and I'd be glad to share more information. 

The search tool in QuickBooks allows you to search for invoices using just the invoice number. For example, if I have an invoice with the #1070, I can enter it into the search tool (magnifying glass) and when I hit search I'll see a list of results that include that invoice number as well. I can see the benefit of being able to search for amounts using this method, however, this feature isn't available. I'd suggest sending feedback to our engineers by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.
