We are a Marketplace and both B2B buyers and sellers who are paid via us. Sales Invoices can be emailed from QBO. Bills for Expenses can't be emailed ? HELP!

Hi there,

Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'd be glad to answer any questions that you've got.

At this time, we can only take a screenshot of the bill and save it on your computer. If you've got the Snipping Too (Screenshot Program) on your computer, you can use that to take the screenshot.

After saving the screenshot, you can attach it to your email and send it through your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, and others).

The ability to print or email bills within QuickBooks is still an ongoing discussion with our Product Development Team. I'd recommend sending your thoughts about this, too. You can click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Feedback. We always take your feedback into consideration when updating the product.

Let me know if you need anything else. I'll be right here to back you up

We actually just use Constant contact for Bills and send from that system as a workaround as we are trying to scale here and most of our needs are met with QBO.  We send 10-50 invoices / bills every 2 weeks so we are dead set against snipping and other manual things;)

I will send into the gear icon and see what happens.
