Question

We are using a scheduling software (MaidCentral) and we have 3 clients that when we connect them, won't allow us to invoice the customer in Maid Central.

Thank you for reaching out about connecting Quickbooks Online to other programs. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to import different information through third-party apps or file uploads. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these transactions.

 

For assistance with the connection between QuickBooks Online and another app, you'd need to reach out to the developer of the connection itself, whether it be a third-party app, or Maid Central themselves if the connection is made from their site directly. They'll be able to view the connection to assist in making sure that the connection is properly established. If you got the application from the Apps tab in QuickBooks Online, go back to the Apps section, then My Apps. Click on the app in question, then the information to reach out to the support of the developer of the third-party app will be present.
