Question

We have received payment for invoices yet it still shows a balance on customers that we know have paid? This is only on our phones not on the PC, can you help please?

It's vital you're able to show the payments on your invoices so your books are in order. QuickBooks helps you stay organized with its cutting edge features and resources. I'll be happy to assist you from here.

 

Since the payment is reflecting when you log in using the PC, I'd recommend troubleshooting the app. The most common method of troubleshooting for the app is completely exiting out of your the app and opening it up again. This refreshes the app, allowing it to update to the latest information. If this doesn't work, you may need to completely uninstall the app an reinstall it again from your app store. Reinstalling the app allows for it app to be updated to the latest  application version and this clears out any display issues. I recommend giving that a try and letting me know how you make out.
