We need to set up a customized sales receipt. Why can a sales receipt not be customized...ie import a form style? We need to set up an Official Donation Receipt per CRA

I too would like to be able to customize the Sales Receipt as we have customers where I need to include specific details.  What I've done as a work-around is to create a Product/Service item that has the outline of the info I need to provide and then edit it to include the details for that customer. 

You can add feedback for the QBO tech team to review but not sure how often they actually look at the feedback provided by actual users 😞
