Hello patlaforge,

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online to work with your customer invoicing! I know how important it is to be able to maintain your business's image while effectively communicating with your customers, and how a sales form prints can make a difference with that. I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction with this.

When you're printing an invoice or other forms from QuickBooks Online, the program should bring up your printing preferences window or the browser's printing preferences window depending on how you're accessing the program. Using the options available in those windows, you can change the size of the form to make sure that it's printing to fill the page or printing on a smaller scale if that's what you're looking for.

Given that, I recommend reviewing your print settings on that window. If you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows/Mac, I suggest switching to a browser to print to ensure that you have options to scale or resize the invoice as needed.

Give that a shot. If you're still having trouble with it, I recommend working with your business's IT professional or a tech support person for your printer's software to ensure that you're able to print the forms as needed.

I hope this helps!
