Hello cleanfreaksbv,

It sounds like you've been using the Receipts feature in QuickBooks Online. It's an awesome feature for entering in your expense receipt with ease and also gives you the option to email a copy of the receipt for the system to read. I'll gladly go over what the message you saw means so you know how to move forward with this feature.

Our goal at QuickBooks is always to provide you with a software that keeps things simple. With feedback from customers, we learned that the old process of forwarding receipts using that single email wasn't quite doing the trick. We tasked our product development team with coming up with a new way to email receipts to QuickBooks, and they came up with the option for users to create a customized email in the program.

All this change means is instead of sending receipt images to that [email address removed] email, you'll be sending them to the customized email that you set up instead. Here's an article that explains these new steps: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online

Give it a read and let me know if you have other questions about it. I'm here to help!
