Question

When creating a new invoice, it keeps showing the 'Total Due'as $0.00 as if it is already paid. This has been a recurring issue. I have products added with rates.

I have deleted and recreated new invoices, and each time it shows $0.00 owing.

Sometimes browsing data accumulates and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if this helps resolves the issue.

 

1. Clear your cache and cookies.
2. Switch to a different browser. 
3. Try in a private browser (Incognito)

 

If the issue persists, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community so they can work directly with you to see why this may be happening. You can reach them by following one of these methods:
