When I accept credit cards, and quickbooks charges me... where do I find the receipt from quickbooks/intuit?

Welcome to Community!  Providing your customers with the 'Pay Now' option on their invoices, is a dynamic way to prevent overdue accounts.  With QuickBooks Online Payments, you can view Intuit charges for your subscription in your Payment History. I'll gladly provide the steps!

Here's how to view your subscription information:

1. Sign into QuickBooks Online as the Primary Admin

2. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose Account and Settings

3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab

4. Choose the View Payment History hyperlink for the Payments subscription

Note:  The invoice would also be e-mailed to the Principal Officer as well.
