Question

When I complete a task, like an invoice, QBO will not let me do another task, like another invoice, unless I close the app and sign-in again. How can I fix this?

This started last week, the same day that QBO update their user interface.  I do not know that the issue is connected to that update, but it might be.

From what you've described, my first suggestion would be to refresh the app, or try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it.  In addition, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.  If you get the same result, please contact us so we can take a deeper look into the unexpected behavior from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
