When I create an invoice using a mobile browser, the invoiced item doesn't show on the mobile android app. It says "no item".

Entering your invoices properly is an important part of the bookkeeping process. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you track your finances so you know the profitability of your business. I can point you in the right direction with assistance with invoicing from a mobile device

One thing that may be affecting your navigation in QuickBooks Online is app data. This can accumulate within your device and cause some issues. One way to get rid of this data is to uninstall the app from your device and then going to install it once more from your app store. Another thing to try would be to see if you're getting the same issue while navigating in a different browser than the one used normally.

If after trying these steps you still aren't able to see the contents of the invoices, I recommend contacting our support team outside of the Community.
