When I enter in the credit card information it will not accept my address.

Using your credit card for purchases is what it's there for and I'd be happy to help you get your credit card information accepted. 

 

QuickBooks Online lets you use all kinds of Canadian credit cards for purchases and payments. If you're getting an error on the address I recommend closing QuickBooks Online, clearing the cache and cookies and opening it again in a private browser such as google chromes incognito mode. If that doesn't work you can try using a different card or reaching out to our support team so we can pull up your account and help you get this resolved. You can reach our support team by using one of the following methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
