Question

When I select either Invoice, Journal Entries or Bills under import data, the page wont open and it says "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested."

Hi natasha-exactlan,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to import your data in one batch.  The error you've received is concerning, and can definitely have a negative impact on your day.  I would be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend  clearing cache.  If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.  Additionally, try accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser, by using these keyboard shortcuts;

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari.
